Recovery File -- 2

I have a project deadline before the year ends, and I am having trouble with my recovery software I purchased called "Passware." I have created an AWS VM account to boost my internet speed and have the recovery process move quicker. But I am not able to connect AWS network to my computer and to my Passware account.
