Real time Instagram Stories crawler runs on AWS

I am looking for a cost-effective developer who can develop a real time Instagram Stories crawler and integrate it with the database of our web application.
1) Crawler should login to Instagram with multiple Instagram accounts I create. Each Instagram account follows 100 Instagram business accounts. Crawler should crawl the stories if the followed Instagram business accounts and record them to our database in video format which runs in AWS.
