React Native Mobile App with AWS Cognito Login and Audio/Video Library Integration

I am looking for a React Native mobile app developer who can build an app with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cognito login functionality and integrate a library of audio/video content. Specifically, I need basic authentication setup with AWS Cognito, and the app needs to support downloadable content rather than streaming services.
