React Microsoft Login with Amazon Cognito

Hi,
I need a developer who has experience in Micrsoft Login with Amazon Cognito.
The Azure application is for multi-tenant and personal Microsoft account.
When adding OpenID Connect in the cognito, it works if the issuer is https://login.microsoftonline.com/{teant_id}/v2.0. But it works only for the tenant users, not for other tenants and personal accounts.
I tried to replace the tenant_id to common according to the docs.

It allows personal Microsoft accounts to login, but cognito doesn't get token. The error is Bad id_token issuer.
I need only experienced developer who have an experience or solution to fix it.
