REDSHIFT AWS DBA for Business Intelligence

I'm in need of a seasoned DBA who can assist with setting up Redshift on AWS. The project entails cluster configuration, data migration, and performance tuning. The primary goal of this setup is to facilitate business intelligence reporting.

Tasks:
- Configuring Redshift clusters on AWS
- Migrating data to the newly configured clusters
- Tuning performance for optimal efficiency

Additionally, I require the setup of AWS Glue as a data transformation tool.
