AI-Powered Financial Data Web App PoC
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm seeking a developer to create a minimal Proof of Concept (PoC) for a web application that leverages AI for financial data extraction and analysis.
The application will:
- Upload & Extract Data: I want users to be able to upload financial documents (specifically, monthly financial statements and a financial business plan) with an AI service extracting key data points and storing them in a database. The preferred AI service for data extraction is Amazon Textract.
- Minimal Dashboard: A simple, functional interface that displays the extracted data.
- AI-Driven Analysis: The application should perform approximately 10 real-estate specific financial calculations to assess document health.
The scope of this PoC is focused on core functionality with minimal UI/UX enhancements. Basic authentication is required, but there's no need for password recovery or user registration, as we can manually add beta users.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
