Photo Gallery web based app linked to OneDrive

I have lot of photos in OneDrive and need help in building a simple website to generate dynamic photo galleries from it and also update photo tags. You can use OneDrive API, https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive and develop the web app via any of the the technology - https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/quick-start. You need to help set it up in AWS as well.
