Task: Develop a user-friendly front-end interface that enables a human operator to review and also send messages from the bot's WhatsApp account.

Eliminate the need for a trigger word, and use the last 3 message histories for all users as context for next interaction.
Ensure that the thread ID is always active 24/7 for each user.
