Parse XML files into Laravel project

We are looking for a developer who has previously processed DMARC RUA and RUF XML reports into meaningful graphs and reports for non technical users.
Dmarc XML reports are stored and ready for processing.
You will create laravel jobs that
- get a XML file stored in s3
- parse the XML file into the database model
- update the database field once the file is processed
