4 Pages for What tools and architect should I use for mobile app on AWS

I need AWS Solution Architect to suggest ( 1 to 4 pages MS-Word ) the way I develop and publish mobile app with backend website ( I will hire freelancer )

1- Using all the features that make it easy and fast on AWS ( ie if using Ec2 or Lumda is better ... )
2- I need the positive and negetive of each solution
3- Which solution is cheap and which expensive
4- How to manage development ( GITHUB ) or there is another way n AWS ( Version control )
5- What services do AWS provide to make the development faster and eaiser


I will have at least 3 rounds of questions and clarification on every solution you propose tome
