PHP/Laravel: Migration Needed from AWS to Azure

We have REST API service developed with PHP/Laravel, deployed on AWS and used for private dashboard app deployed on Netlify. We are going toto migrate the backend on Azure from AWS, as we need to integrate several services on Azure later.

We need the migration finished by tomorrow(12.00 PM in EST), please apply only if you are available during the weekend.

You must be familiar with:
PHP, Laravel, AWS, Azure, MS SQL, Github

Working on EST is preferred.
