Optimize aws server costs

Good afternoon, we need an expert in aws services to optimize our monthly costs. we currently have a Savings Plans but we do not know if it is properly configured. we want to lower the monthly costs. We do not know why we are spending more on Data Transfer and ec2 than the saving plan is configured. In conclusion, we need to eliminate the services that we are not occupying and leave only our web server active at the lowest possible cost.
