Optimisme Kubernetes Environment

Hi , our production is day by day wors with the performance and the pods which we have created is not enough so we have plan to fine tune our environment and if need we have to creat some more pods. Also pods are getting hang with low performance. Every fourt nite pods are crashing and services are getting down. So I am looking for a person who can stable my environment..

We are using : AWS. docker, Kubernetes. Grafana. Kafka. Ansible and some more Technical stack
