Opencart on AWS

I am looking for long term support for my website.

I run an opencart image by bitnami on AWS EC2.

I need someone to upload my backup opencart website (website and sql database) on the AWS:

-Configure the host on amazon web services
-Configure the databases
- Point the domain in AWS from another service
- Install SSL certificate on the web server and make sure the connection to the site is secure
- Make sure the rank for the website in google page speed 85%+

I will be available Online to work together from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (French time) from Monday to Sunday.
I will not release the payment (I will not pay any cents until all tasks are completed)
