OpenVPN configuration on AWS ec2 Instance

I have already openvpn configured on aws but the speed is not good I am getting 10-30mbps (download) and 60-80 mbps (upload) where as I am using t4g.nano instances. I can easily get 2-3gbps if I use squid or check the speed directly.
Your task:
1. configure openvpn to optimize speed
2. the client should be able to connect from azure, google cloud, aws or any other system
3. document the changes required so that it can be replicated
