Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist – Trustpilot & AWS Workspaces

We are a French e-commerce brand seeking a highly skilled Online Reputation Management (ORM) agency with a strategic, analytical, and technical approach to managing our presence on Trustpilot and other review platforms. Our goal is to ensure a well-balanced and credible online reputation while effectively handling customer feedback, mitigating risks, and maintaining an optimized digital presence over time.
To align with our strategic vision, a list of pre-existing English customer reviews will be provided to help guide the ORM approach and ensure consistency with our brand voice. The role requires a strong understanding of platform security mechanisms, IP management, and the ability to deploy and manage Remote Desktop Services (RDS) across multiple AWS regions to obtain fresh and clean IPs when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Trustpilot Reputation Management: Develop and implement a long-term, structured strategy to maintain a strong and credible online reputation for our French e-commerce brand.
Review Monitoring & Engagement: Track, analyze, and engage with customer feedback on Trustpilot to ensure a consistent and representative review profile over time.
Strategic Review Optimization: Assist in shaping an organic and balanced review distribution strategy that reflects a diverse range of customer experiences, ensuring that the reputation profile remains authentic and credible. Over 2 weeks, the expectation is to observe approximately 20 new customer reviews (40 reviews per month), with the following approximate distribution:
2 reviews with 1 star
2 review with 2 stars
3 reviews with 3 stars
6 reviews with 4 stars
7 reviews with 5 stars
Technical Infrastructure & IP Management:
Deploy and manage Remote Desktop Services (RDS) with AWS Workspaces across multiple regions to ensure flexibility in obtaining fresh and clean IPs when necessary.
Have a strong understanding of IP rotation, Trustpilot’s detection mechanisms, and online platform security measures to maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure ORM activities are executed in a structured and compliant manner, respecting platform security policies while maintaining the necessary flexibility for reputation management.
Digital Profile & Account Management: Efficiently create and manage multiple Gmail, Hotmail, and other digital profiles as part of a well-orchestrated ORM strategy.
AI-Powered Translation & Localization: Use AI-based tools (ChatGPT) to adapt and translate reviews between English and French while maintaining contextual accuracy. French fluency is not required, but an ability to work effectively with AI-driven translation is crucial.
Reputation Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Monitor potential risks, ensure ORM activities align with long-term reputation goals, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strategic Customer Feedback Optimization: Ensure that reviews reflect authentic customer perspectives while strategically aligning with our ORM goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Trustpilot reputation management
and Online Reputation Management (ORM).
Strong knowledge of AWS Workspaces and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) deployment across multiple AWS regions for IP management.
Experience managing online platform security mechanisms and understanding how review platforms track digital fingerprints.
Expertise in creating and managing email accounts (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) as part of a structured ORM framework.
Competence in AI-powered translation tools for adapting English reviews to French while maintaining clarity and coherence.
Analytical skills to track review trends, evaluate engagement, and adjust ORM tactics strategically.
Strong ethical awareness in navigating the complexities of reputation management.
