Odoo12 on AWS Proj on crm/contact/sales for VJ

1> Role field must be displayed in individual contact not in company
2> Industry and category and role must be displayed in the company and copied in data in individual (for all existing and new contacts) when using native odoo backend

for example send a mass mail to all HR (role) of Large Companies (ctegory) in Glass&Ceramic (industry)
3> Status must be displayed (attribute of individual) in individual only it has 4 values:
Qualified contact; Died_NI; Died_competitor; Died_foreingcountry
Meaning that a contact may be marked as "qualified" and become a lead or marked as "dead" if not interesting )
NOTE Satus is not shown in the webform (but must be updated) from the backend by sales
4 After submission of the form it would be important to receive a mail to know that contact has been created
5 Place Of Business: "other address" must be selected for an employee from its company "other address" this is already working in the webform but not in internal odoo
