.Net Core in AWS technical spec

I need to write a Technical Specification (not a functional specification) for a development project. The development will be in .NET Core, have some microservices flavour and should be deployed in AWS.
The client requires a Technical Specification for the development.
Need help on writing such a document, and from someone with a bit of technical knowledge on the .NET Core and AWS.
This will not be an extensive document, only a few pages. If we can add some images would be great.
Ideally before Monday.
