Create a simple .Net Core AWS Lambda Function to process message from an SQS Queue - Create CloudFormation template to create the resources and deploy the function -ASAP

I am in urgent need of a proficient developer with expertise in AWS, .Net Core, and CloudFormation to create a simple Lambda function to process messages coming from an SQS Queue, and to create a CloudFormation template for easy resourcing and deployment of the function. This needs to be done as soon as possible.
Key Requirements:
- Design and construct a .Net Core AWS Lambda function to process frequent messages from an SQS queue. Each message contains a small data volume (less than 1MB). Once the message is retrieved the json should be sent to an API (mock API)
- Develop a CloudFormation template to build the required resources and deploy the function.
- The cloudformation template should also have Environment specific variables like ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT
Ideal Skills:
• Strong experience with .Net Core
• Extensive knowledge of AWS, particularly with SQS and Lambda functions
• Previous experience with AWS CloudFormation is a must.
