I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced in using the Simple Email Service (SES) from AWS. The primary purpose of this service is to send marketing emails.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in AWS and specifically with the SES service
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing email templates
- Understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the client and understand their requirements

The freelancer will be responsible for creating an email template from scratch, as the client does not have an existing template. The template should be visually appealing and aligned with the client's branding. The freelancer should also be able to provide guidance on email marketing best practices and help optimize the email campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
