Need to resolve AWS Load Balancer Health check issue

Hi ,

AWS Load Balancer is already configured , and one ec2 instance is running , and it working as expected,
but health check is getting failed due to this If I upload new war file , it is not updating the war file

I will provide remote access to resolve issue,
Budget is INR 1000 fixed, it will take hardly 30min , if you are expert in AWS Load balancer
