Need help with Data Warehousing.

I have a rds instance in my aws account. Even though I have automated backups for every 30mins, I want to have warehouse where even if data is deleted from main database it should be shown as a new row in the warehouse instead of actually deleting it.
Is this kind of thing possible...if yes please help me set it up.
