Need to get a document management system made based on AWS

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a document management system for me based on AWS. This system should have the following features:

- Document storage and organization: The ability to store and organize documents in a structured manner.
- User access control and permissions: The system should allow for different levels of user access and permissions to ensure data security.
- Document search and retrieval: Users should be able to easily search for and retrieve documents based on specific criteria.

As for the AWS services to be used, I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. However, I would like the system to be developed using AWS S3 for document storage and AWS DynamoDB for data management.

The system should be designed to accommodate a fixed number of users.
