Need to configure my email set up in Amazon AWS to include message sender email in the subject

I have an email setup that forwards all emails sent to email A to an email B gmail account. When anyone sends an email to email A, it forwards to email B and when I open up the gmail for email B and try to reply back to the original email that sent the email, I'm unable to see the address of the original email when replying. Furthermore, it only replies to email A since email A is doing the forwarding and I can't see the original address. I want to reconfigure this to include the senders email in the subject. Note that email A is not a gmail account.
Currently, I am using Amazon SNS and Amazon Workmail to accomplish this but I suspect we will need to add a Lambda function that processes the email, extracts the original sender's address, and sends the email to the final destination with the original sender's address included in the subject of the email.
I need a freelancer who knows exactly how to do this and can finish this task very promptly within 1 hour as its quite a simple task for a skilled AWS practitioner. Succesfuly complete this task and show me your AWS skills and lets set a long term working relationship.
