Need Terraform build

I need a terraform script written to build out an environment with notes added to each section:
1. Azure
a. Network
b. Underling security and configuration
c. Azure Data factory
i. two sample pipelines written in (they dont have to do anything) (I'll add more later)
d. 5 x RHEL 7 machines (Would like notes on how to call RHEL 8 in its place).
i. Prefer these machines to be from Marketplace of the STIG version
ii. Minimum specifications for each machine.

2. AWS
a. Network
b. Underling security and configuration
c. AWS equal ant of Azure Data Factory
i. two sample pipelines are written in (they dont have to do anything) (I'll add more later)
d. 5 x RHEL 7 machines (I would like notes on how to call RHEL 8 in its place).
i. Prefer these machines to be from Marketplace of the STIG version
ii. Minimum specifications for each machine.

3. GCP
a. Network
b. Underling security and configuration
c. GCP equative of Azure Data Factory
i. two sample pipelines are written in (they dont have to do anything) (I'll add more later)

I would like comments on every section that shows what is being built and where to insert variables/accounts/other things.
