Need a Jenkins expert along with AWS

The task is to deliver a binary file and a json file from a S3 bucket after comparing the first file of json with second one. If the first line has a higher version than second line, then it should be delivered to another S3 bucket to a specific folder like alpha, beta, gamma, Dev, release.
