Need Help with AWS Routing (Read description carefully | Only Bid if you have done this earlier)

Need AWS Expert to help me with setting up the below usecase [OnCall] :-
AWS service currently being used - Route 53 - CloudFront - S3 Bucket
I have 2 s3 bucket serving 2 different static websites (React)
- 1st website is a product landing page,
- 2nd website is a unique payment interface for all clients
I want to use single domain for both of the websites (let's suppose xyz.com)
rules :-
1. There will be few predefined routes which should point to the landing page (xyz.com, xyz.com/contact, xyz.com/privacy_policy)
2. all the other undefined routes which flows xyz.com/* should point to payment interface
3. Both the website will be having it's own static files and it should not conflict with each other
