Need Help Virtually Configuring IIS on AWS EC2 Instance For ASP.NET CORE WEB API/ANGULAR SITE

I am able to bring up the Angular Application publicly but not able to get the WebApi backed to connect properly and am unable to figure this out. YOU MUST WORK WITH ME AT THE SAME TIME NO EXCEPTION AND WORK THROUGH THIS ISSUE TOGETHER. YOU MUST WORK WITH ME AT THE SAME TIME NO EXCEPTION AND WORK THROUGH THIS ISSUE TOGETHER. This is using SignalR. It's nothing more than a copy pasted online example. Just trying to get it to actually work in an environment.

This is basically helping me troubleshoot and fix my issue.
