Need Help to Fix AMAZON SES Account

Hi there,
I am looking for an expert who can fix my AWS SES account so that I can use the mass email tool https://app.mailbluster.com/.
At present I have connected the AWS account with Mailbluster however it's showing a message as " Amazon SES might have sandbox access To ensure deliverability of your campaign, you must move out of sandbox first."
I have tried to verify my identity from the amazon by adding dns on my hosting platofrm but its not getting verified. So this project needs to be completed with given below tasks
1. Making identity verified for my domain and website with aws for ses account
2. Managing permission for my account so that I can send monthly 62k emails free of cost
3. able to send monthly 62k email from mailbluster account of mine
