Need a DevOps engineer with an experience deploying services to AWS and configuring CICD pipeline

I am looking for a DevOps engineer with experience in deploying services to AWS and configuring CICD pipelines. Specifically, I need someone who can deploy EC2 and RDS on AWS and configure GitLab CI/CD for our project. The ideal candidate should be able to complete the project within 1-2 weeks.
