Need an AWS developer for my project

I have a project in flask Rest. This accepts JSON input and perform long running jobs in parallel mode. To perform this for low amount of request I have used and tested in EC2 instances and its working fine. Now I have to deploy this API and also wanted to scale EC2 instances. I need a solution where If the load increases than the EC2 instances should scale up and down with stateful behavior.
