I Need an AWS Expert

Perhaps because of missing roles and permissions, I cannot deploy code to my ElasticBeanstalk environment. I have tried "Upload and deploy" feature as well as CodePipeline. In both cases I get a message that the deployment was successful, but the code is not pushed to the environment. Also, the health of the environment has transitioned to "Unknown".
