Need SP API ( Amazon ) developer to create INBOUND SHIPMENT

Need some expert to create inbound shipment using Amazon SPAPI. Since we know that Amazon MWS is going to discontinue fromm market, so we need someone expert who can create inbound shipments using SP API .
