NPM Package Docker Configuration on AWS

I'm in need of a professional to upload and configure an NPM package with docker on my AWS. Both expertise in AWS and Docker are imperative. Knowledge in React is also necessary as that is the NPM package we'll be working with. Unfortunately, I did not specify which functionalities I want in the React app, so a flexible approach and the ability to work with various functionalities will be a plus. I look forward to your bids.
