.NET (Desktop or Web) Tool to deploy AWS components/projects (Fargate, VPC, etc.)

The repositories are located in DevOps. We are using pipelines in DevOps to deploy projects to AWS. We would like to have a tool to access/create pipelines in DevOps to do the deployment so as to automated the process. Right now, it takes a lot of manual effort to configure and deploy repositories from DevOps to AWS. We are open to using other methods like AWS CDS, maybe by cloning the repositories locally to deploy. But our repositories will always be in DevOps and cannot be deviated.
