MultiTenant SAAS Application using AWS IOT core and Server less architecture

I am looking for a skilled specialist to develop a multi-tenant SAAS application using AWS IOT core and serverless architecture. This application should be able to handle a large limited number of users ranging from 100-1000 depending on the scalability chosen (2-5). Furthermore, my application needs to be highly secure, and I have specific requirements for the AWS IOT core and serverless architecture that need to be met. Therefore, I need someone with experience working with serverless architecture, as well as the experience to implement a secure application with AWS IOT core.
