Multi-Vendor Cloud Platform Training

I’m preparing a comprehensive, multi-vendor cloud contact-center training for our corporate employees and need a seasoned professional who can walk them through the full stack—from foundational concepts to hands-on administration. The schedule is completely flexible; once you confirm availability, we will lock in the dates.

Scope of the programme
• Amazon Connect basics: environment setup, core features, best-practice configuration
• Genesys Cloud architecture: key components, deployment models, initial setup
• Cisco Cloud introduction: Webex CC and Webex CCE infrastructure overview
• Quality Management (QM): product landscape, features, practical use cases across leading QM vendors
• Lifecycle Management (LCM): feature set, governance, day-to-day administration

What I expect in the deliverable
• Live virtual sessions (or onsite if you prefer) with slide decks, demos and guided labs
• Post-session materials: recordings, step-by-step lab manuals and reference configs
• A short assessment or knowledge-check after each module to cement learning
• Follow-up support for participant questions for at least two weeks after the final session
