Moving VPS to AWS/GCP/Azure

I currently host numerous websites on a VPS platform with WHM and CPanel.
I want to move everything to either AWS/Azure/GCP. I need advice on costing and require an expert to move my current system across without compromising the site or emails.
Only competent people who have experience in this should bid. Please place your actual bid and not a placeholder bid. Payment is made only upon successful completion of the project. An incomplete development is worth nothing to us. We are happy to answer any questions to clarify anything you need.
