Moving Blog from subdomain to subdirectory

We have a blog app created as a wordpress site. We have our main angular application hosted on aws (s3 - front end, ec2 - backend). Now we want our word press site to move on to our main website server i.e www.mywebsite/blog.
We tried hosted wordpress on aws lightsail but it is coming as subdomain blog.mywebsite.com.
We need some one who can correct this workflow
