Monitoring AWS API's using dynatrace

I have some API's in AWS which makes use of lambdas
I am using dynatrace for monitoring.
I want to identify all the GET and POST httpmethods and monitor them in the API’s
1. Monitoring for GET requests should be a synthetic in Dynatrace ?
2. Monitoring for POST should be logs for the requests ?
I am Looking for more of a pattern
How can I do this? I only need steps
