Migrate codeigniter web portal, database from GoDaddy server to AWS

We have a web portal built in PHP, MySQL and codeigniter framework is used. We want to migrate the website and web portal to AWS. Also we need CPanel access similar to godaddy to upload changes from time to time. After migration teach our developer how to upload the changes in database and php files on AWS CPanel.
