Migrate 3 WordPress Sites

I need my three WordPress-based websites, a small self-hosted CRM, and all related email accounts moved off an IONOS VPS and onto my existing AWS account. I’m open to whichever AWS service—EC2, Lightsail, or Elastic Beanstalk—best fits long-term maintenance and cost; you’ll advise, explain the trade-offs, and then implement.

Scope of work
• Audit the current VPS: gather full site files, databases, SSL details, CRM codebase, and email settings.
• Provision the new AWS stack, configure security groups and firewalls, and clone each site and the CRM to it.
• Set up email hosting on AWS (Amazon SES, WorkMail, or another proven option) so all current mailboxes keep working with no data loss.
• Issue and install SSL certificates for every domain and subdomain, ensuring HTTPS everywhere.
• Handle DNS cut-over, schedule a low-traffic migration window, and test thoroughly so visitors experience zero or minimal downtime.

Deliverables
1. All three sites and the CRM live on AWS, fully tested.
2. SSL green-lock on every domain.
3. Email sending/receiving confirmed from webmail and typical mail clients.
4. A concise hand-off document covering AWS architecture diagram, credentials, and routine maintenance steps.

I’ll grant temporary access to both the IONOS VPS and my AWS account. Looking forward to a smooth, well-documented migration.
