Senior Cloud Engineer – AWS to Cloudflare Migration Specialist (eLearning Focus)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer or Consultant with proven experience in migrating dynamic web content—particularly SCORM-compliant eLearning assets—from AWS (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, MediaConvert, Cognito) to Cloudflare’s edge architecture (R2, Workers, Stream, Access). The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of eLearning content delivery, including compatibility with major LMS platforms and LTI/SSO integrations.
Required Experience:
5+ years in cloud infrastructure engineering or architecture
Proven track record migrating production environments from AWS to Cloudflare
Deep understanding of SCORM/xAPI packaging and content delivery models
Experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline course hosting (HTML5/SCORM)
Strong knowledge of Cloudflare R2, Cloudflare Workers, Access, and Stream
Familiarity with edge computing, caching strategies, MIME handling, and global delivery optimizations
Bonus Expertise:
Prior work with LMS platforms like:
CollaborNation, Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace
Implemented LTI 1.1/1.3 tools and Single Sign-On (SSO) flows (SAML/OAuth)
Experience integrating eLearning platforms with Go1, Degreed, or OpenSesame
Competency in developing and securing custom launch endpoints for LMS content using Cloudflare Workers

Responsibilities:
Audit the existing AWS hosting structure for eLearning content
Design and implement a cost-optimized Cloudflare architecture
Rewrite dynamic delivery logic using Cloudflare Workers (CORS, MIME, routing)
Enable secure access via Cloudflare Access & integrate with enterprise IdPs
Coordinate content and metadata migration for LMS and external partner compatibility
Provide documentation, monitoring plans, and support for cutover
