Microsoft Azure Set Up For Business

I am looking for a freelancer to help set up a Microsoft Azure account for my business. The account type I need set up is a subscription, and the type of on-premise to cloud migration I will require is a bulk synchronous migration. The level of security and assurance needed is premium. I need someone with skills and experience to ensure safe and secure implementation of our Azure infrastructure. The freelancer will be responsible for properly configuring, deploying and managing the Azure resources according to the requirements of the business. Furthermore, the freelancer must have prior understanding and experience with cloud technology in order to comply with our security policies and ensure code and data integrity. When the project is completed, I will require a detailed report documenting all the services and configurations for our system logs and profiles.
