My Mental Health Project

I am looking for a website which is user friendly, simple and captivating like social media, does not crash and can capture and hold data securely. This website I need is a Self-diagnostic > Educational > Data Capturing> Mental Health Record keeping > Referral portal to service providers which could be used as a quasi-government initiative for early detection and intervention aspect of preventive medicine in mental health. Since this will cater to children and adolescents in the age group of 13- 21 years old the data content captured is going to be very sensitive and needs to be extremely secure on the other hand appealing, simple and captivating for this age group. Since in mental health care we keep the questions open ended we would require AI in text boxes and ability to collect demographic data for the government and case files to service providers etc. Content will be briefed and provided and data must be entered as per a algorithm. Selected supplier will be paid in 3 progressive clear stages based on quality of deliverables. We would prefer the website is hosted on something like Nexigen or AWS and the source code and all project files are to be made available to me as part of the project completion.
