Matching Amazon Listing with Existing Product List

We have a product list of 3000 items mostly with UPC. We need to match the items base on UPC first and eventually likeness of title and brand to retrieve 1) Links of matching item 2) price of the item on Amazon, 3) image link of the image on amazon. The matching item could be more than one links on Amazon as not everyone list with the right UPC.
