I am looking for someone to assist me with managing my Amazon marketplace account.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in managing Amazon marketplace accounts
- Familiarity with Amazon's & Flipkart seller central platform
- Knowledge of Amazon's rules & Flipkart and regulations for sellers
- Preferable if the person know Bengali
- Understanding of product listing optimisation and keyword research
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of shipping and fulfilment processes on Amazon
- Proficiency in inventory management and order processing on Amazon

Additional Services:

- Shipping and fulfillment: I would like assistance in managing the shipping and fulfillment process for my products on Amazon.
- Customer service: I need someone who can handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and satisfactory responses.
