Make a local backup of all the data stored in Amazon Web Services.

I currently have one or more services contracted with Amazon Web Services, but the IT professional who set them up is not responding to me. I need to locate which services I have active and download all the information stored in them to my local computer. I want to do this so that I can then cancel my AWS subscription. Can you help me?
