MEAN stack website from scratch using AWS services -- 2

Design will be provided.
I wish to build a website on MEAN stack.
Developer should write clean well structured code in sync with latest conventions and packages. Tech stack should use AWS serverless lambda functions when needed. Hosting is to be done on S3 and node server to be on ec2 instance of my AWS account.
Code should be completed in a way so that I scale it myself further.
Code should incorporate proper logging and error handling.
OTP and mail services are required.
Tech should use AWS image recognition services
