Looking for someone that can edit resume and/or apply for entry/mid level AWS jobs.

I am writing behalf of my dad who has recently lost his job.
He is 60 years old and has over 30 years of experience in Software Engineering. Unfortunately, his health has declined where his typing has slowed and also his speech is a little slurred (although still able to talk clearly). He is very capable of working but doesn't want to have a senior level position as he also wants to focus his health.
He is currently working on getting his AWS certificate and was looking into finding a entry/mid-level position in AWS. His past position was in web logic that lasted for about a year.
